Hey there. I'm Steve and I know first hand the power of video when it comes to getting work in the Learning Design field. For the last 16 years I have been working in corporate and agency roles where I have hired over 100 designers in contract, freelance and permanent capacities.
ID is hot right now, and that is so good, because it's an amazing profession. Your most powerful asset is your portfolio but showing off your work like everyone else is not helping you get noticed and stand out from the crowd. You need to connect with your prospective employer and client. The most effective way to do that is by letting us see YOU, the designer and learn why you chose to design your projects the way you did.
