Three Steps to Reclaiming Your Learning Independence
Step 1- We discover
We love a good discovery session and conversation because that's where all the magic happens. This helps us understand how your team is structured, what skills already exists and what your specific learning design needs are. From there we can formulate a game plan with you. (Key word is WITH)
Step 2- We build and or teach
Depending on your needs we get to work. This could be us doing some heavy lifting and build momentum by building the project and getting some runs on the board. Or we built along with you and teach as we build. Or we teach you first and then you build and we are there to support you, with light hand holding and words of affirmation and encouragement.
Step 3- You own your destiny
Now you hold the keys to the kingdom and are able to self serve and guide your own learning journey. Of course we are never going to truly leave you.
