What does a VLD cost?

Our monthly retainers start at 10k/mo for a minimum of 3 months. Unlimited scope, we create your shopping list during our discovery process.

The average Learning Designer in Aust is costing you at least 120-140k per year. Plus all the stuff that goes with employees. You get our whole team and all our capability and capacity.

The VLD is unlimited scope. But it’s limited by prioritisation. Eg.. let’s say this month you want to get 3 modules rebuilt, a video created and a workshop done. No worries.. But then the CEO drops a new program on you that’s due next week.

Option 1.. Increase size of VLD for the month to absorb it. Or focus on that and deprioritise the other stuff until next month.

The Bank of Awesome is a flexible funding options that allows us to work to an agreed shopping list, an agreed timeframe and using and agreed pool of funds. We invoice monthly for work completed or draw down on the funds as we use them.
