What does a rebuild cost?
Pricing depends on length, interactivity, and how messy the original is. We will cover this all off in the FREE “Audit and Access” stage.
The price of the rebuild is influenced by 5 key factors and it’s an opportunity to add some additional elements while we are rebuilding it.

aka size or duration of learningMost of our projects and tools we use work on a slide system. The more slides of learning the bigger the t-shirt size of the project.
Complexity of learning
Amount of interactivity / branchingIf you’d like things like animated video, choose your own adventure branching scenarios or a straight linear program. The more complex the learning the larger the t-shirt.
Content source
Who is the SME and content providerIf you have internal SME and content to provide us vs if we have to become or source the SME and create content from scratch. These impact the shirt sizes of your project.
Integration and Reporting
Where will the learning live?Where will the learning be hosted and what level of data do you require. Is it a basic pass/fail or do you require something more in depth. This will impact the shirt size.
Deadline
How much time do we have?The more time we have to deliver the smaller the size shirt. We have the capacity to turn things around very quickly but it comes at a cost.

Got questions?
Can we edit the modules ourselves after you build them?
Yes. That’s literally the whole point. If you can’t edit it, it’s not learning. It’s digital blackmail.
What tools do you build in?
Rise, Storyline, Chameleon Creator, Evolve, PowerPoint if we have to. We use what fits your team and your tech. Not what makes us look fancy. We also use Vyond for video, have full use of the the Adobe Creative Suite if needed and all things in between.
Will it work on our LMS?
Unless your LMS is powered by a potato, yes. We build SCORM files and know how to make them play nice with most platforms, from Moodle to Success Factors and everything in between.
What if we don’t even know what we need yet?
There’s nothing wrong with that. You can involve us in supporting you work that out. Book a discovery call and we can have a chat about it. This isn’t our first rodeo so we know some good questions to ask. We’ll help figure it out, untangle the mess, and work out what your learners actually need.
How long does it take?
Depends on scope, feedback speed, and whether Mercury is in retrograde. Small jobs usually take 2 to 4 weeks. Bigger builds take longer. We move fast when clients do.

Can you help us with content too?
Absolutely. You dump the raw info. We turn it into something learners will finish without crying. Just note that this impacts the size of the project, but we can go through this with you during discovery.
We've got old modules locked in vendor jail. Can you fix them?
Yes. Hostage negotiation is one of our core services. We rebuild messy, outdated, or uneditable modules into something fresh, branded, and editable. Check out our Rebuild Service.
What happens after the project is finished?
You get full control. Or keep us around via our Virtual Learning Department. We’ll support updates, new builds, or just be there when things get weird.
Do you use AI?
We absolutely do. Typically it’s to support you with the ability to edit and maintain your work when we are done. For example we use AI Voice for our videos wherever possible and then teach you how to create and maintain it when we are done.
