What does platform support cost?
This is one of these moments where we have to say the two most disgusting words we know. “It Depends” Yuck.. so gross. But it’s true.
It depends on how dirty our hands need to get. Advisory time can start from $500 one off and we can charge a fix fee of $10k for the whole process or for larger projects you can put us on retainer for a bit- it’s up to you.
Option 1- Fixed Price Support Package
Clear scopeIf you know what you need you can simply bring us in for the key stages or all of them. We will identify the cost of this during the discovery call.
Hourly or Retainer
Not completely sure yet.If the scope is a bit ambiguous then time and materials option is a good place to start. Our aim is to move to a fixed price where possible but initially you might need a few hours or days of our time for advice or research.
