We have been around the sun a few times and understand that you will want to get started ASAP (we get it) It's key that you know how we roll and you know why we roll this way! It will get you the best results possible!

It all starts here for us (and you) We need to spend some time getting to know each other and asking lots of questions. This will help make sure we can rock your world and solve some of the challenges you are facing. - 2Strategy (game plan)
Once we have fallen madly in love, we will take it to the next level and we will build out a strategy. This varies depending on what we find out in "discovery" but it's the overarching game plan, so that you have full strategic visibility of how what we do will fit in to the rest of your universe. - 3Design/Develop (make sexy)
Now we get to work and build something majestic and amazing for you. Again depending on the size and the scope of the project will dictate the timeframe, but we will have regular check ins with you and keep you in the loop and along for the ride!

We can do this on any platform or tool you want. Storyline, Captivate, HowToo, Chameleon, RISE, Genially. You got it.
Platform/LMS design/dev
Need a house or an academy built for you. We can build it or we can work with LMS vendors for you to find the best solution, then roll it all out for you
Gamification
This is the dirtiest word in our industry. AKA making your program fun and engaging... It could also mean, points, badges and leaderboards. We can totally do this but we will do it properly.
System, process sims and training
New tech or systems in your business and you need training created. We can do that in the live site or in the test site or we can build a simulated learning environment. Same goes for process training.
